Good afternoon, my experience with nuts, especially nuts, is based on not spending.Ideally 30gr and maximum 50 gr a day, if I go up from sugar to the song, ideal in several intakes.I use nuts for snacks and before bedtime.Let's not forget that the nuts are raised by the HDL, very positive, but they also carry a little LDL from there that we cannot go hand

T1 diagnosticada a los 24, tengo 31.
Además soy celiaca y con muchas alergias alimentarias, entre ellas profilina. Recientemente diagnosticada con hipotiroidismo también.

Depends.
The corn does not even think about, it is pure hydrate.
Almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts and nuts about 30g more or less, if you take any more, fat raises, more than the hydrates they provide.
The anacarados and pipes have a lot of fat and rise like the foam.
