Yes, and to take the bike or scooter, or you can not even walk drunk on the sidewalk or zebra crossings or cross through pedestrian crossings with red semaphor, or corners where there are no pedestrian steps, etc., etc... you have read the new Road Safety Law?, the law is the law, surely you respect it 100%
