Did anyone have problems 12/17/21 with free view?

Hello until yesterday I could upload the reader's data from the PC without problems, but today, after the update there is no form.
I installed the controllers, check all the PC, uninstall and install again, but nothing.
From Abbott they told me that it can be because my PC only has 4GB of RAM, with Windows 8.1, but I tried another PC with Windows 10 and 4 GB of RAM and if I could upload them.

Something similar happened to someone or knows any solution?
