Hello, my name is Adam, I am 44 years old and I am diabetic type1 since the 28th. At first I had it well, but I left for fear of downtown and for that reason I have been without practicing sports for many years.I would love to exercise again but I'm afraid, and I would like to receive some advice to start without taking risks.Lately I have the values quite well, although without doing much I wake up at 50, 30, 70 ... Any advice to start? Thank you.

Of course, you first have to know what kind of sport you want to do ... I like to go to the gym and do some weights and combine it with Cardio.I have had problems because when doing weights, the glucose levels uploaded to me, but thanks to some tips of this forum, I continue to perform my weight routine and at the end I do about 10-15 minutes of cardio, and for now it is working. Walking has always done very well to regulate the sugar, I try to walk 30 min - 45 min in the afternoons, the sport of strength I usually do in the morning after breakfast.I hope I contributed some help, greetings!

I think the same.
With values of 50 and even 30 is not hypoglycemia? With 64 I already tremble, I have no strength and if under a little more it seems that I am dying.I have never reached 30.
Diabetes post quirúrgica desde el 02/03/17, Toujeo, Novorapid, y ahora también metformina después de las comidas. Freestylelibre 2 desde mediados de diciembre 2021, que me lleva loca.
Yes that's how it is.Sometimes it is hard, but as if you are always at more than 200, the body gets used to it, although they are very low values ..
@Adam77, you can't be waking up with those low values, you're risking a lot, you're too slow. You would have to reduce slow, at least one unit, or until you wake up around 100. And, if it is necessary, increase quickly.
