At first I had it well, but I left for fear of downtown and for that reason I have been without practicing sports for many years.I would love to exercise again but I'm afraid, and I would like to receive some advice to start without taking risks.Lately I have the values ​​quite well, although without doing much I wake up at 50, 30, 70 ...

Good, because the advice being or not diabetic is that you start little by little and see how your body reacts.

If the training is of weight force, try to start in the range of 100 and if it is Cardio pulls more at 150-180.

As you do it routine and take 4-5 days surely have to gradually decrease the basal.

HG diciembre 2020: 15.9. Última HG: julio 2024 5.8
Abasaglar 9 unidades. Metformina, 1000/0/1000. Humalog junior: 2 unid en desayuno y luego en función de lo que coma.

And, if it is necessary, increase quickly.
