To climb muscle mass as a lot of oatmeal and protein ... in the morning for example, I make my own homemade pance of oatmeal, with about 30g of oatmeal that would be 2 rations of HC.It is also very easy to do and in the microwave they are 3 minutes!I also usually make me porritge of oatmeal and add protein and the topings you want.I really like peanut cream, nuts are also rich in protein and you should also eat enough meat and fish.It is not necessary to swell carbohydrates to grow muscle mass, I believe that the function is more than protein, but you should include some carbos in your meals, even if it is garrison, a little pasta, rice, etc.Legumes are also very good to combine with protein.The rest is the time you dedicate to the gym, important to rest the muscle that you work from 48h to 72h and a good balanced diet.Greetings!

@Jonadmj

With 25 years, what envy! It is normal that you have high metabolism.I ate everything with that age and did not get fat.I loved the truth.But it is true that apart from age, it also depends on each person.My brother ate the same and fattened.

To increase muscle mass, go to a gym and do weight sport, even if you don't forget the cardio, but it is best to speak in the gym with a good coach.It is easy when one is young to do the exercises incorrectly and end up with some injury.And of course increases protein intake to 1.5 gr - 2 gr per kilo of your body weight per day.But only if you do sports regularly.If you want to do well you can easily calculate the GR of proteins that you take up to date.With that you do it for a week you will learn it and then you do it by heart.
The best protein quality is the egg.Try to take at least 6 eggs a week.You can take some more problems.Then there is chicken, turkey and many fish.You also have oats as Estefanía tells you.And also legumes.You have to take food with protein but with low saturated fats.

Given your years the more varied your diet, the better.Do not abuse anything but eat everything.Just increase food with quality proteins, egg type, chicken, oats, fish, legumes, etc.

Ah and the most important thing: a lot of regularity.It is not worth sticking a weight of weight and then stopping for a week.Minimum 4 days of well -scheduled exercises and constancy.Much constancy.At first it will take.But the muscles will appear.Of course, you have to leave the muscles from time to time.Sleeping is very important.

All the best

It is strong, a daily diet that must be located between 2,000 and 2,300 calories.In addition, you should never spend more than four hours without ingesting any type of food.
