Good morning, does anyone know why at two hours after having eaten I have a lot less than 180 and at 3 hours I get to 180 or more?

For fat.

The fat becomes a carb -at approximately 3 hours of having ingested it, when the liver processes it.

Unfortunately for us, fat is like hydrate, it requires insulin to a greater or lesser extent.
There are diabetics that do not have this problem, but usually happens to the vast majority.

I personally raise glycemia fat much more than hydrate.

@peace

In those cases always faster.The amount depends on your insulin sensitivity.

If with a rapid raisin unit from 200 to 100 then a unit.For example in your case if it were in 200, I have to put two units of fast

All the best
