I usually chop a lot, for example, I start with the egg and a cheese slice, the cheese I checked its nutritional table and has neither sugar nor carbohydrates, then I can eat two other cheesecases with a chocolate sweetened a teaspoon of this sweetener are like 2grof carbohydrates, that is, I usually eat small portions of something but distributed over a period of time, but they are all like that in carbohydrates and without clear sugar.The maximum that can be carbohydrates is 6 that is a granola bar.But I am still worried because eating like this will do badly to my sugar levels, in conclusion like many low carbohydrates and without any sugar but I feel bad because I pican ah and of course as things with low Ig

Take weight and stop thinking about carbohydrates.You are not diabetic.
Go to the psychologist with your parents, make diet rich in vegetables, fish, fruits, meats ....
