Hello CDB1, I have a ratio of 1 breakfast, 0.5 at meals and around 0.3 at dinners.You have two possibilities, talk to your endocrine and that you prescribe a quick with half units, for example Humalog Junior.Or adapt the intake of HC to your ratio.For example at eating, 20 gr Hc (2 rations) for a unit of your insulin.
