I am 48 years old and 21 years ago that I am type 1 diabetic. Tomorrow I go to a new endocrine because I have changed city.
Fatal hemoglobin 9.7 and I have fattened 20 kg.I am desperate and disgusted.

I don't know what kind of insulins you use, but a slow flat, combined with fast at each meal, is the best pattern.

Uff !!How I understand you !!!!I have been behind the endocrine for 2 years to put a diet to help me lose weight, and nothing.I have worked a lot, 1000cal diet and instead of lowering weight, I upload it.It is desperate.And the days that insulin does not act ... is to throw itself out the window.

With the hysterectomy, they keep you the ovaries so that ovules and do not have forced menopause.It is good because otherwise the hormones discourage everything.I am determined that I have pre-menopause and they tell me no, but I have increased my chest a lot and insulin fails me 3 weeks a month, we need the triple of the usual.

In the end I have searched for a private one and I am with a protein diet, about 6 weeks with reinstatement to normal diet.I've been in hunger for 5 days: Smile: But I see the fruits, I have already lost 2.5 kg.
