Good, I think that normal values are entering 4.5-5.5% glycosilada, outside that range it is already prediabetes or diabetes.

I will add that having an optimal glycosylated, does not make the disease disappear.

The glycosylated shows an average of the blood glucose of the last 3 months ... a normal glucosiladaverage may be due to repeated hypoglycemia, so in addition to glycosylated HB you look a lot at the time in rank

Here in my analytics in Germany it is considered that you have a good HB (people without diabetes) if you are below 6.2%.
But I have had other analytics in other laboratories and put 6%.
But well there is not much difference.

DM1 desde Marzo 2018 (53 años). 7-10 unidades basal: Abasaglar (insulina glargina). NovoRapid. Factor 1.0/1.5.
Vivo en Alemania. CarboH total dia 70-80 gr. Deporte Gym todos dias L-V 1h-2 h
HbA1c 5,5% (Abril 2022)

My doctor has told me that a DB2 with glucosilada of 7 is in good control, if you reach 6.5 excellent, but it is not necessary to lower more there.

As glycosilada is the average of the last 3 months, it is also important how much you have an A fast and 2 hrs glucose after eating, this is because there are patients who have a good postpandral level and during the day, but very high on an empty stomach.

Exercise and good nutrition, together with medications, helps to reach the desired values and feel better, in addition to avoiding the complications of the DB2.

Desde México. DB2. Metformina c/ 12hrs. No insulina. HCG22/02/21: 9.0. HCG 18/04/21: 7.4
