T1 diagnosticada a los 24, tengo 31.
Además soy celiaca y con muchas alergias alimentarias, entre ellas profilina. Recientemente diagnosticada con hipotiroidismo también.

  

Hi @Papa,

At first I tried to use sweeteners but the truth that I knew differently so .. In the end I chose to reduce sugar to the original recipes.As I don't know if you like that idea, one that has no sugar (although carbohydrates).

TORTITAS (PANCAKE)
Ingredients (for 14 pancakes):
- 200 g of flour (1 glass)
- ½ teaspoon of salt coffee
- 3 teaspoons of Royal yeast (1 envelope)
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 glass of cold milk

How to do them:
1º On a plate, mix sifted flour with salt and yeast.
2nd In a bowl, beat the two eggs.
3º Add the oil and remove well.
4th Add the flour, yeast and salt mixture to beat it quickly.
5th Put 1 large spoon of dough on the pan over medium heat, when filled with bubbles, turn with a spatula, and leave it half a minute.

@Papa, the usual sponge cake with fruit vitalinea yogurt.
I do it a lot at home and I don't usually put sugar.
One day a yogurt, another put Philadelphia cheese, you can also add to the dough once it is made and just before putting it in the oven, an apple to pieces.

I do the pancakes.I like them especially in strawberry times.I accompany them with a chocolate square (which I put between several and melts) and strawberries that are a fruit that is great and it rises very little.But you can get Greek yogurt or whatever you want.Also make a kind of jam with strawberries and chia (there are recipes on the Internet).If you want to put less, you can use almond flour.On Instagram you can follow Blancanutri who does very basic and little ingredients.It usually uses fruit for cakes but it seems better option than other things
