It depends which you use, Fiasp is immediate, with novorapid 15-20 minutes, always in function of how you are at that time and the trend.

But be careful, if you are low or with a trend accused down you do not think about doing it or will end up in hiccups.Everyone has to know their body and metabolism, but what I tell you is the general norm.
