Hello, good afternoon.Someone knows if it is correct not to take metformin when the person has glycemia in the 70/80/90, either on an empty stomach or before dinner.Thank you

If you take it without problems, metformin does not cause hypoglycemia at least what the endo told me when asked

DM3c desde 2018; hb 6 % (feb.. 2022) (tresiba+fiasp+metformina)

As always according to Alberto.Metformin is supposed to prevent part of the hydrates from rising to the bloodstream.If you do not take hydrates, nothing happens, the blood glucose does not lower you.That is, it does not go down, prevents it from going so rise.

Abasaglar 10 unidades. Metformina, 1000/0/1000. Humalog junior: 2 unid en desayuno y luego en función de lo que coma.
