Pepid C. Does anyone know if you can increase?

In my last analytics he gave me a 0.90 peptide.I do not use insulin.Does anyone know if I can do something to increase the C peptide?

Good question!
The endocrine told me that with lada diabetes it does not grow, but it decreases because we do not generate insulin and only spend the reserve that is what measures the C.

I can tell you that when I debuted 6 years ago I was 0.89, 2 years ago 0.35 ago and now 0.44.I was all happy to the endocrine and said:
"Peptide C is detected but it is minimal, there is no reservation": S
