In search of a diabetologist
Hello good morning.I am new in the forum and I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes on July 13, 2020 (date that will not be forgotten in life).I am somewhat lost with the food because although you are eating basically of everything I do not know if something is better or worse and I want to find an online diabetologist to advise me and do like a diet.If you can recommend any with whom you have had experience I would be very grateful.

Online I do not know any, but here in the forum there are recipes and if you indicate your insulin and what you eat can help you based on our experience, but keep in mind that each body is different and every different day.It is what this ailment has that there are not two days equal.
