Yesterday when I looked at my blood in the glucometer I had 4.9, not as anything during the day to purify and at night I ate a good plate of macaroni and a piece of fruit .14 hours later without eating anything I look at it and put 5.9 so much does thepasta and for so long?In Theory I have no diabetes.

4.9 mmol/l corresponds to 91 mg/dl if I with insulin and my pills as a plate of macaroni and a piece of fruit, I put myself in 210 mg/dl that are 12 mmol/l, that is, ifYou ask it in a diabetic forum, ... no, it is not normal.

It is totally normal, you are giving normal glycemia (5, 9 mmmm/l I have seen that they are 108 mg/dl) ... the pasta dish you have already absorbed it
