I have no idea what bread you talk.
I guess a bread with linen, oatmeal, pipes, but I don't know.
If you tell us their composition and also the GR of proteins, fats and carbohydrates per 100 gr is easier to give you an opinion.

It is very good, but eye 100 gr equals a chicken fillet!In other words, you have to take it without abusing.Well excess protein is mea.If you make a low protein meal or dinner and combine it with this bread: perfect.But I would not take more than 100 gr at a meal/dinner.
If you take chicken or egg, I would take very little of this bread.

@Smartinez To make an idea you can consume 1.5 to 2g of protein per kg of body weight.If you go out of that you are already having a hyperproteic diet.

Well it is super easy.I put the recipe and try it.
Ingredients
150 grams of ground almond
40 grams of psylium (it is purchased at Amazon)
2 teaspoons of yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
225 ml of boiling water
3 clear eggs
Sesame seeds to decorate
1) The oven is preheated to 180 °
2) Almonds, Psychium, yeast and salt are mixed
3) The boiling water and the clearing are added, beating by 30 seconds.
4) You get your hands and divide the dough into 6 balls, sesame above and baked on kitchen paper, for 50/60 minutes.
And the result is the photo ...
Almost without carbohydrates.

Remember that this bread requires drinking a lot of water.
100 gr of psyllium contains about 80 gr of fiber.That is to say that with the 40 gr Q you put, they suppose about 30 gr of fiber.That is more or less the recommended amount of fiber.
