Hello, I wanted to ask a question.I have the sugar between 76 and 119 and stop taking the metformin.Do you think that carrying good food does not have to take it anymore?thank you

If your doctor has scheduled it, you should not stop taking it.

Your doctor is the only one who knows your medical history and has criteria to decide, the rest, can be to play health.

Those levels are very good!

Good diet and regular sport (although it is long walks, but you have to move every day) can help you a lot.

On leaving the pills, your endocrine will tell you.But keep like this.

DM1 desde Marzo 2018 (53 años). 7-10 unidades basal: Abasaglar (insulina glargina). NovoRapid. Factor 1.0/1.5.
Vivo en Alemania. CarboH total dia 70-80 gr. Deporte Gym todos dias L-V 1h-2 h
HbA1c 5,5% (Abril 2022)
