Hello!

Two months ago he gave me a syncope and since then I have dizziness, difficulty concentrating, sometimes I fall as part of the lip, headache, super tired ... Anyway, many symptoms of hypoglycemia.

Due to the damn pandemic, doctors are collapsed and take a long time to attend me.I did an analytical and glucose came out in 62.

They have repeated that analytical with insulin and peptide C and glucose on this occasion was in 70 but the insulin and the peptide were quite low.

I have bought a glucometer on my own and I have been taking the glocosa for 5 days.In the morning I have between 70-76 (only one day I had 112), before eating and before bed I continue with my 70-75.

I am a bit desperate because I do not know if these values are normal or effectively I have low glucose and for this reason I am with these symptoms.

I am thin, but since this happened to me, I'm very hungry at all hours, and I have fattened 3 kilos. It is not that I care, but I don't think the food is either, because it replenishes me a lot when, but the effects last quite little, and I have to eat again to stop feeling dizzy again.

Can anyone help me?

THANK YOU !!

The values you comment are normal, explore with your doctor other possibilities, but I already tell you my opinion is that it is not diabetes

@Patrictw

You have the opposite of diabetes!

Go to an endocrine or an internist doctor when you can and do a complete blood analytics. It also includes a urine analytics.Something happens to you.You can be thyroid, lack of iron, or other causes.

If you are thin and you are hungry and that recovers, eats.Try that if eating healthy, balanced and varied. And don't forget the proteins.Eat eggs, fish, chicken meat, and take many vegetables.

I have a friend who has very low glucose levels.GeneticallyBut he has no dizziness and in fact he is very strong and is very strong.

I hope better soon!

Thank you very much !!

hello.Have you measured the HCG?.In theory the ideal fasting glucose is 70 to 100, so you are in range!

But it is not good that you are not 100% in how you feel.I think you must make a battery of studies and then go with an internist to interpret the results: Sanguinea chemics 36 elements, blood biometry, lipid profile, thyroid profile, general urine exam. With the results you already leave 100% doubts.

Eating properly, if you are thin and you rose 3kg, nothing happens!

Desde México. DB2. Metformina c/ 12hrs. No insulina. HCG22/02/21: 9.0. HCG 18/04/21: 7.4

I recommend that you look at your thyroid, to see how you have it.The symptoms you have can square with a thyroid mismatch. All the best.

I agree. It can be a thyroid issue. The same endocrine is the specialist who reviews the subject.

I know a child who has hypoglycemia, his body secretes many insulin. The doctor sends him to eat and control analytics. They are doing thyroid profile to see if they can regulate it.
