Hellooo...!A SII question I am 1.45 and weight 45kg approx.I should get between 35g or 45g of animal protein or I'm wrong

In principle yes.The proportion is usually about 0.8 gr of protein per kg of weight.More or less.But not all animal protein.Take vegetable protein.It also counts.For example of chickpeas, beans, lentils, soybeans, etc.In general we tend to abuse animal protein when there are other alternatives.It is best to mix and maintain a balance.

If you do a lot of sport you can increase protein intake a bit.But only if you do it regularly.

Ahh, counting well the proteins of meals is very complicated.Almost as much as carbohydrates.

You have that with a food composition book to make some tables and depending on what regularly count the GR of proteins.Doing it well is not easy.I tried an era and I left it.Much effort.Only sports professionals do it more or less.

You can learn how much a yogurt, an egg, a chicken steak and get an approximate idea.But calculating the GR of proteins that one consumes daily is complicated.
