Hello everyone.I have been thinking that the white bread (both bar and mold) gets the glycemia enough and, in addition, do it in a slightly uncontrolled way.With the latter I mean that I adjust it well with the fast, but after two hours it rises again.To try, I bought the other day sliced ​​pre -destroyed of a kind of gluten -free bread.To my surprise, I get up much less sugar with this gluten -free bread.Has something happened similar?Indicate that in the container it has 48 carbohydrates.

@Carussa to me depends on the day the bread does that, other times not .... the gluten I have not tried what if it happened to me, for example, the bread that consumes is at breakfast the antequera male of the Antequera delMercadona,

And the integral rises more than the normal .... to know what we eat ...
