You will use little fast because you use a lot of slow.
You should tell your endocrine to regulate the fast and lower the slow.
In the end it is a matter of finding the balance between the two to be on the recommended thresholds.
I am Lada for 6 years and my proportion is 2 units quickly per rate of hydrates and 16 units of slow.

Lada enero 2015.
Uso Toujeo y Novorapid.

Of rapid use up to 10 units or less according to the food ... I think I am wrong because I am 27 years old ... of glycosiladacreo that the last time was 9:/ I know it is not a good number. And how lucky you only put 16 units poy 2 units of the slow.I think what fails is my food

You may have also generated insulin resistance.A very complicated situation.

Try to reduce the consumption of bread -type carbohydrates, Bolleria, juices, rice, pasta. It consumes many vegetables and of course proteins. And do sports at least 5 times a week.It is regulated. That should help you lower the basal. You know, after a couple of days bass, you reduce the basal. But it has to be constant.

And take it seriously.

You are very young and you have to change your diet.

Talk to your endocrine and who sends you an expert in nutrition.

If that does not work, you may have to complement insulin with pills as if you also had type 2 diabetes, but that is something you should avoid so young.

All the best

You can lower that amount and control the amount of carbohydrates you eat in your diet.

I have been diabetics for 30 years and I can tell you that following a very low -calorie diet and exercising daily it is the only way to control diabetes mellitus. Interest and you will see how your insulin doses, pills or what you take
Courage and luck

Once my endocrine told me that I could not or in reality it was not the best to put on half of the units according to my weight, I mean that for example if weight 60 kg should not put more than 30 units of slow, that clearly can goArraping, since if you are spending more carbMoment of believing to be able to download it down from 2 units, if you now use 60 and you see that your glycemia is improving to 58 and so
I hope you can regulate better soon
