@Marta5, do not say the coordinates, but surely it will be a country with poor health system, (which nobody sends to volunteer to Sweden).
So carry your whole kit.Double.In cabin suitcase.Do not take anything that is not bottled, no ice.
Do not eat salads.Better meals that are cooked puchero type.
Do not go alone through the streets (or taxi) at night, a lot of crime.
If you travel to America, there you eat a lot of corn, it is a cereal with high glycemic index according to the tables ... but it has a lot of fiber, so I don't know ...
