Hello!
I introduce myself, my name is Cristina.I have type I diabetes since 1998. I studied engineer, but what really fills me is to help those who have gone through the same as me.Therefore, I am currently studying a health coaching course and a diabetes education master.I need to carry out the practices, so I freely offer online sessions.

Aim:
The idea is to accompany you in the learning process of everything you should know to manage diabetes as an expert patient and offer you the necessary support and motivation to choose habits of a healthy lifestyle.

Who is it directed to?
To all those people who want to achieve one or more of the following objectives:
* Lower HBA1C
* Improve your diet.
* Establish a routine with food and exercise
* Lower anxiety and stress
* Feel better physical and emotional.

What will be in the sessions?
* Know information and tools that help us handle diabetes.
* Review the values ​​of sugar, ratios and sensitivity factors.
* Manage hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia.
* Act to external factors that modify the values: stress, disease, menstrual cycle ...
* Know what food can help us get more stable values.
* Learn to count rations of carbohydrates.
* Learn to read food labels.
