In the noodle package the table of nutritional values must come.In addition, noodles are pasta (unless they are rice or something else).Look if a section for pasta appears in your table.

I am looking at a package of noodles that I have at home and puts that 100 g of pasta (raw, not cooked) contains 74 g of carbohydrates (that is: 7.4 portions, since 10 gr of carbohydrates = 1ration).

Of course, 100 grams of noodles are 7.4 rations of carbohydrates.
Then: 1 ration of HC would be 13.5 grams of noodles.

What happens is that this is with raw food, you have to count it cooked, 50 g of pasta are a ration (10 g of HC).I usually take pasta or legumes, I take 100 g, which are two rations and put two insulin units one more than three fruit. It also depends on your ratio, of course.
