I am diabetic and nutritionist.
If you see that you do not lose fat (no weight) you must put yourself in the hands of a specialist to treat your case more personalized.
That low insulin is a good sign, most likely more for muscle.
You must measure the volume.
Be careful to lower the calories too much, 1000 kcal is very little, it must be between 1200-1500 as your personal case is studied.

I have continued reading the thread and I have seen that you ask to publish that diet that they use ... Please the diets must be customized for each people and planned by a nutritionist, not by a doctor as I have read above.The doctor can have some idea but the true nutrition professional is dietish-nutritionists.

I do 6 times a week.30 min of cardio, half an hour of force and 10 min of stretching.
