Hello, I'm new here!
I wanted to tell you that for a long time, a long time, I have severe hyperglycemia in the afternoon and hypoglycemia at dawn.I take the endocrine crazy and we have already tried "almost" everything but the truth is that from 18:00, +/-, my blood glucose begins to rise (right now 374) and it does not start down until 01:00 / 01:30 that goes down to hypoglycemia.
In the morning (depending on the severity of hypoglycemia) it could be considered normal, before and after eating also normal but in the afternoon ...
He took:
- Tresiba 30 U at night (20:00)
- Humalog depending on how it is but, approx.
Before breakfast: 3 to 4u
Before eating: 5/6/7 U.
In the afternoon: 1.5 / 2U to correct the climb being very careful because of night hypoglycemia.
- In addition: Jentadueto 1000 = 1 - 0 - 1
If anyone knows something or can help me, I would appreciate it.I am very lost ...
Thank you so much.

The truth is that I am lost and my endocrine does not see me until April (this Covid is very delaying the appointments)
Let's see if someone has ever gone through this ...

It seems very weird, but I would say it is insulin.Have you tried to change brand?I use Toujeo and Humalog.

I've been like this for a long time.My endocrine doesn't know what to do.I have to look for another opinion of another endocrine. On Tuesday I go to another.Let's see what tells me ...
I believe that slow insulin is not going well for me ... it's my perception but I don't know ...
