Hello good again,

I wanted to ask another question because the truth is that I am having enough doubts.

The realization of the blood medication of the glucose is at the 2 hours of having started eating or at 2 hours of finishing eating.

I give you an example, I go to a restaurant with my family and the place is quite full so that between dish and dish they take a little time.

I start eating wings 15:00 but I finish eating dessert about 4:00 p.m.

The post -food analysis of the 2 hours when applied?

At 5:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m.

Thank you very much and greetings :)

@LoLoSowweyms, when we are at home postpandrial glycemia is 2 hrs after starting to eat.
In restaurants I don't know if there is consensus.
So better sin by excess, do it at 17 and 18.

It is usually two hours after finishing (18:00 in your example). But it depends on each person (with other diseases, such as gastroparesis) and / or your endocrine / doctor; You know, every master has its booklet.
