DT1 since 2017. When glycosilada indicates that there is a bad control of diabetes?

Hello, I would like to introduce myself.
I have diabetes since 2016 and I started with treatment in 2017. There I was already in decline. This with 27 years. Now I am 32 years old.
At first I was good to follow the treatment.Because I started with 9 from glycosilada I managed to lower it to 5.9.This in 2017 and 2018.
Well, that because being athletic for doing sports was still fixing me with meals.Obviously, I had a very bad time and did not go to the doctor so they did not find diabetes.I even had to stop working for dizziness and luckily I did not make a coma, but I walked through the clouds.
This 2020. I spoke once phone with the diabetologist, and left the gym for obvious reasons of infection that can be given.Only 1 time a week.
My question:
Do you think that having a glycosylated 6.9 in March is very bad?
Diabetica T1 debut 2017. Tratamiento desde enero 2018. Basal Nph y ajustes Novorapid.
According to my endocrine below 6.5 ..... phenomenal, if it happens, you have to take measures. For curiosity because they prescribe NPH as basal and not one that reaches 24 hours? .... would you save aprick
DM3c desde 2018; hb 6 % (feb.. 2022) (tresiba+fiasp+metformina)

Well, the truth is that the 5.9 that you got was much better, but 6.9 is not very bad, but you have to try to lower a little.Having a sensor you should download something else. You should control the amount of carbohydrates that you take daily and generally control your diet and play sports at least at home.I know with 32 years (what envy!) It can be difficult. But I think you already know very well how part you can improve.Without stress. But try little by little control your diet. The sensor will help you.
DM1 desde Marzo 2018 (53 años). 7-10 unidades basal: Abasaglar (insulina glargina). NovoRapid. Factor 1.0/1.5. Vivo en Alemania. CarboH total dia 70-80 gr. Deporte Gym todos dias L-V 1h-2 h HbA1c 5,5% (Abril 2022) Dexcom G6
@Alberto_13 Thanks should reach 6.5 soon ,: Smile: The diabetologist did not give me the reasons in 2017. I did not ask why with 9 glycosilada I did not feel good at all to understand what was happening. Now, I am going well with this basal, NPH, without reactions and there is also the theme of the vaccine I think it is better to leave the change to a slower and more duration, as they say, a puncture a day, for later.
Rather for the adaptation of the body to the new insulin. The same, no doubt later I should change to a 24 hours. Thanks for asking: Smiley:

@jldiazdel thanks for the breath !! There is not much place to play at home. But here it's summer so I could resume sports activity away from home.
And little by little control the food is recommended, ... not quickly because it is true.I will take that into account. Greetings to you in Frankfurt !!: Smile:
