Second opinion for insulin bomb

Good morning!I wanted to consult one thing. The other day I went to review with the endocrine, a different since mine is low.I carry with Toujeo a year, and it does not come good to me, it has a very strange behavior, the same goes up that it goes down by doing exactly the same, and I do not know what my dose is, with the fast the same thing happens to me, I do the Hydrates count well, all heavy and measured to the heart.
The case that when I went the other day to the review, I told him the bad control that it costs me to continue with these insulins, which was previously with Lantus and bad, before Lantus was with mixtures and worse.I have dexcom too and I do not get good control, I have 8.6 of HB1C and I told him the issue of the bomb, and he told me that in my area it does not get and that she could not refer to another, that that had to be doingA writing for a second opinion ... and I don't know if this is so, because my endocrine was derived to another area, I don't know if it has changed or the new endocrine did not know.To say that I took the Dexcom controls and the notebook with the pre and post, and neither looked at the Dexcom graphics, only the book and it did not seem adequate, because I have a rare behavior during the day.Anyway, I wanted to consult you if with the second opinion it is worth to give me another area or not.I also told him that I wanted to plan the pregnancy and that he could not.
Forgive for everything I have written, but I wanted to explain myself well.
Thank you.

@SONIII, Happy Holidays. On how to manage second opinion, I have no idea. But it is very clear that you need to change doctor.Your endocrine did not see Dexcom report because the vast majority knows that technology, it does not have the program to download the data or know how to interpret them.

Thank you!!@Solaria and Happy Holidays!Let's see how this ends, I suppose that now it will take long to answer the medical director and others with the theme of the second opinion ... there are endocrine that should be recycled a bit. This was the typical of Ponte X quickly and x of slow ... without more variables ...

You must seek the regulation of your autonomous community. Each has its own standards. In mine they approved the pump for breeding thanks to the efforts of the specialist doctor, who must justify the need for the device and the inspection authorizes it.As in almost everything, it is a pasta issue. There are about 6 thousand euros the happy bomb ...
