Hello good morning, I am José Luis.I am 29 years old and 8 days ago I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. That same day I started a rigorous diet and began to take glibenclamide and metmofine.Currently, my fasting levels are 115 I do not feel bad except for the view when my levels were normalized I began to see blurry and I do not take away sometimes it is more intense less but usually I see blurred if I approach the letters I see as double if theAlejao I see a little better. Is it normal? Will it be removed at some point?Should I see a specialist?I thank you for your help.

Visit as soon as an oculista and tell him that you are D2

When glucose is normalized, you start seeing blurry, although it only lasts a few days.
If you still see blurred, go to the doctor, although it will surely be for the normalization of glucose

The same happens to me.I do not know at what levels you were but I was on average in 420 with what when going down to an average of 130/150 I see blurry. It is a theme of the lens, which is adapting to gradual glucose changes, but they are abrupt.I have been so desperate for 10 days, but he saw an ophthalmologist and told me that everything was OK (he ruled out other pathologies) that was only patience until the lens adapts.

Most have gone through the seeing blurry after the debut, the more time you have been with high values. It is normalized little by little, but it is better to see you an ophthalmologist in case there is anything else.
