I do not understand the functioning of glycosilada

I just obtained the tests of my last analysis and vouila ......... I don't understand anything. A month ago I had it at 6.1 .......... From then on and with my controls I see that I am taking it well, ... resulting 6.6 in a month. The funny thing is that on an empty stomach before taking my blood, with my meter, I was in 118, an hour later I took my blood and appears in report 155. I really do not understand this .. 1st because if in the controls before and after two hours after eating it is fine, Glico 6,6 appears now 2nd Because half an hour after tgoming the test, it goes from 118 to 155
@"Paco Corzo" Real glycemia is blood analytics that your health center, glucometer glymia is an approximate measurement that is done with a reactive strip and a chemical compound and an algorithm that makes you an estimate ofglucose; And that from the capillary in your house at 1 hour later in the hospital it has uploaded to you is the most normal in the world, it goes through the adrenaline of extraction, you are not nervous but that dose of adrenaline you have, you also upload youThe glucose.-
Eat foods with less glycemic load (minor IG - glycemic ending - and less HC). Or you can also do some small exercise (walking for 30 minutes, ...) just immediately after eating.
My breakfast is at 7 in the morning, an integral boll of about 70 grams well roasted and a cup of coffee with milk .. then at 11.30 a decaffeinated and until eating time, at 3 in the afternoon.. just one hour after eating approximately I go and I walk an hour and a half, about 9 kilometers.Milk coffee in the afternoon and even dinner.

That is fine, but remember that fast insulin (if you use) or pills (metformin, ...) have to be administered 15 minutes before a meal. And remember, to know, if there are really glycemic peaks (with some continuous system / glucose flash).
Glycosylated hemoglobin, although it is an "average" of the last 3 months it actually collects many more data of the last month than of the first (twice as much information) since the information is exponentially decreasing between the day of the analytics towards the 3months behind. What I mean is that, although only one month and peak have passed and that hemoglobin has captured data from which the previous majority of the information was also captured is the collection in the last month, so that change is normal if it is normal ifIn the last month you have uploaded a tad the glycemia. If the result was a real average of the three months there might not be that change, but when capturing above all the last one is normal.
Regarding glucosilada works as the classmates have commented. When my diagnosis made me two glucosiladas in a week and gave different values.(7 and 6 HBA1C).

Thank you all.It is true that because of health I could not walk this last month as I normally do.Now that is how it blocks me if it is in a high percentage in the last month.Thank you
Hello good.6.6 of Glico is great, if you don't have hypoglycemia. My last was 7.0 and the endocrine congratulated me because I had been in rank above 70%, which in the end is what matters. It always tells me that better a 7 -free glycal than one of 6 with many hypoglycemia (which is what happened to me before).
