Hello good!
I have type 1 diabetes and I am currently doing sport and a low carbohydrate diet.I carry them perfect and always within the recommended range. The problem comes in my last analytical, which is also perfect except the ketone bodies in the urine, which has come out of 20. Should I worry about this?Is there more risk of ketoacidosis to do this practice?Greetings!

You should not worry.I have reached 40 and with 0.8mmomes in blood, it is normal in keto.I fast and keto, and I have reached a maximum 1mmol after 2 h of career and fasting of 20h.I understand that for ketoacidosis we must have more than 3 mmols of BHB in blood and high blood glucose levels.Get with ketone meter and salts of doubts, I never exceeded 1 mmols in blood.
