Greetings,

I am 25 years old and for a month and a half I have been feeling a lot of sleep, fatigue and a little headache after eating.

I know it is normal for us to sleep after eating, but it is giving me more dream than normal and frontal headache, to the point that I have been forward while I am working on the computer.

I went to the doctor to make me a blood glucose test and came out 91 and normal in urine, already have 2 weeks of that test but I still feel the same.

In that month and a half I have not been thirsty or have urinated much, but about 4 days I am urinating more and always comes out of transparent urine, but I am not drinking more water, my appetite has not changed.

I had to return to the doctor because I felt a lot of fatigue and they put me serum because I was dehydrated, but I had taken 2 glasses of water 4 hours before.

It should be clarified that as I am Celiac, I can only eat food, tubers and rice, and I have been eating a lot of rice daily, I do not know if eating a lotI don't know if I have diabetes, I'm scared.

Thank you!

@idavid

Do not paint diabetes. The most common symptoms is a huge thirst and weight loss.As if you had dry mouth. And many kilos are lost, because the body pulls fat since carbohydrates go to the blood. You also take a lot of rice, which are carbohydrates that enter very quickly, and if you had diabetes you would be in 400!

Come to an internist and make a general check. At the moment I would make a more balanced and varied diet.Do not abuse rice or anything. When more varied commas, taking into account your intolerances.Drink about two liters of water and don't forget to take salts (without excess that yes). You may have some deficiency of some minerals and vitamins. They make you a very complete blood analytics, of all vitamins. You are probably not eating well.At your age you have to eat fish, meats, eggs, fruits, vegetables etc.Without abusing a food, but varied, and with your years, in good quantity.

The best thing is that you do analytics and change to a more varied diet.

I hope better soon

In the analytics I came out that I have vitamin B12 too high, in 1,100 when it is normal between 200 and 900, that is because I was eating 1 and a half pound of sardines daily and they have a lot of B12 (apart from excess protein), half a poundIn each meal with rice, change the sardines for chops and beef, which have much less B12 and proteins for every 100 grams, I also got very mild anemia, but says the doctor that is not for lack of iron, which will be because ofThe issue of juggling, since I have colitis and crohn, but I have not lost weight or diarrhea, so if I am absorbing the nutrients. In an outburst of despair, oli and try my urine, since I read that the urine of the diabetics is sweet, mine does not know or smell sweet, when it is transparent it does not know anything and when it is yellow he knows sour.Oh and I don't feel dried mouth, I have normal saliva, but that headache and sensation of fading and fatigue just at the moment after eating and lasting a couple of hours, worries me, but it does not happen to each meal, but in1 or 2 of 3 meals although it eats the same and there are days that does not happen to me.

2 days ago I had to go to do something and I hadn't had breakfast, I just had a glass of water before leaving and returned home in the afternoon, so I had all that time without eating, but I didn't feel hungry either,Urine before leaving, also when I arrived at the place (an hour later) and then when I came back to my house (2 hours later) and always went transparent, I don't know where I get so much liquid if I only drink 1 glass of water, and could notBeing that he was eliminating excess glucose if he had not eaten anything that day yet.

I understand, today I have chosen to eat comprehensive rice with ground beef, both integral rice and fat and proteins freely releases glucose avoiding a glucose peak, but at the end of eating I feel the same as if I had eaten white rice: pain painHead between the forehead and around the eyes and sensation of tiredness, so I intuit that it no longer has to do with glucose.

It does not seem diabetes.Confinement has left us loose.Everyone is with lower back and back pain and we have lost muscle mass.I take boat proteins suitable for diabetics and have hired a personal trainer who is taking out my muscles from his lethargy with exercises.Tell us when you know it's yours.Your experience helps others;)

Good, I'm back here, but now I have more symptoms, I have:
Dry mouth (despite having a dry mouth I am not thirst)
A lot of desire to urinate (that's the same as the last time I wrote)
Hormigueo in hands and feet
Loss of taste, sweet or salty food does not know anything, I feel as if I had anesthetized mouth
Sensation of hunger after eating breakfast and/or food, but my hunger is removed at dinner time
Stomach discomfort
(I have not lost weight)

They are the diabetes symptoms according to the Internet, but this morning I did the blood glucose test on an empty stomach and gave 83.50, in fact the tests that I have done in the last months has been descending the number.
The night before the test a good plate of white rice with sardines, so that not a false negative. It is possible that diabetes goes and goes according to the day and can give false negative?Last night I didn't still feel hungry after dinner.

My advice is that you stop searching on Google if you have a disease and see the doctor.

Drink a lot, urinate a lot, abdominal pain, weight loss, eating exaggeratedly, being hungry .... Those are the most common symptoms of having high blood glucose values and therefore possible diabetes.
With that blood glucose I don't think you have diabetes. As you have told you, go to the doctor if you have so many doubts.

If you are celiac, you have crohn and colitis and on top we are all quite harmed by the confinement and a summer that is neither summer nor anything, to look at you what you already have.If you have lost smell or taste, tell the doctor. My husband is diabetic and discovered it due to weight loss, urinating exaggeratedly and began to drown. It does not seem yours. That they look at you with taste/smell and ask for erythrosedimentation speed in the blood.

That is not diabetes.A diabetic without insulin rises in 250 or more, and if it eats rice it exceeds 600.
You see the doctor, there are many other diseases with similar symptoms.
Urinating can be prostate problems;Asnomia rhinitis, .. there are endless diseases.
