Good again!

I present my third video to continue exercising at home in collaboration with the @"clinic dialibre".On this occasion it will be a high intensity interval training, but adapted so that you can practice it.

In this case, it is normal for your glycemia levels to rise during training and at the end of it due to gluconeogenesis. It means that the liver increases glucose production due to the rapid and high demand of it by our body, which will decrease after 1-2 hours after the session.
Therefore, I advise you not to correct you with fast insulin immediately after since it could increase the hypoglycemic effect of the exercise. The most advisable thing would be to wait about 2-3 hours to see if your values return to normal and depending on how they are, act accordingly.

I hope you continue being active people and if you liked this training and you have done it, you let me know.Greetings!
