@Nve, then follow your doctor's instructions.There is no more.And it helps a lot of diabetological education either from your health service or reading blog and official health pages.

You can pray, but if you want to control type 2 diabetes you have to control the feeding "day by day" and play sports "regularly."The words that I have put between "" is to underline that it is a daily effort.

Talk to your endocrine and also with a nutritionist.Depending on how your diabetes is you may need pills and/or insulin
