Fast for breakfast and vassal for 24 hours.
I have already achieved or have drops.
I get up with 100 and during the day I go well.
Previously go to the gym almost every day [bicycle, elliptics and some device to tone]
Almost every day walk approximately 4 km.
I know that if I do some exercise I get off and I would give me advice ... I would not like to cram food before and during the exercise and I don't know what I should eat or take.
