I am currently 40 years old and 10 of diabetic I am hypertensive, initially I was not controlled but I am already 6 months that my HG is less than 7 and because that motivates me to follow better, I take Mefformina and glibencamide tomorrow and night and half a day.On the fast my glucose is from 120 to 140 and wings two hours to 200 and starts going down, taking a "normal" breakfast only today that I take a papaya, apple and oats with toasted bread and went up to 280 andI would like to know if it was for breakfast or the cause would be another.thank you.

The juices rise very fast, it is better to take the entire fruit, which has more fiber, although they are also hydrates.

And the glycemic index of toasted bread is also higher, it is better without toast bread and if it is integral much better.-
