If you have not put medication, you have to reduce the hydrates. You will have given a role with the diet, right?

Yes you have glucometer, wake up when you wake up, to see if the dose of insulin is doing well and have no declines..

Better go down the lowest, to wake up lower too. It is advised not to exceed 180.
