I am type 2 diabetic, someone could tell me if the liquid stevia sold in supermarkets is good for sweetening coffee and diabetes yogurts.

It's like saccharin, but more expensive. The liquid stevia that sell you in supermarkets is refined, that is, to be lost all the original properties of the plant, and it is usually mixed with artificial sweeteners, such as sorbitol, and to my personally the flavor does not finish convincing me.
