In general, both white bread and normal pasta come from refined wheat so the flours that have not been refined, both for a diabetic and for a non -diabetic.Apart from taking into account what the regional companion has told you, depending on the treatment you carry you will have to control in one way or another the amount of carbohydrates that you eat in general.

The integral bread has more fiber and has less glycemic index, but that does not mean that you can eat it without measure. You have to control the rations of hydrates that you can afford according to your treatment.
