Intolerance tests, fructose, sorbitol, bacterial overgrowth ...

Good, it turns out that I have to do the tests that I put in the title.I have called the laboratory to tell me that I have to do and they have told me that from the day before I have to carry a diet, because if it cannot go positive at the beginning and it is not worth the test.

Well, I have told you that I can take, and it tells me that from the day before at noon only proteins.I have told you that I cannot, that I am diabetic, that then it would be death or proof ... it tells me that I try not to take hydrates, I tell you that I cannot, that I have to take, it tells me that I try not to take ...And so on loop.

Summarized, what could I take for the test to do well?I had thought about taking the bad sugar, which I suppose that this should not affect those tests.Thank you.

What treatment do you have? You can be perfectly without drinking carbohydrates by suppressing rapid insulin but that depends on the treatment you carry

I believe that if you have the basal insulin well adjusted and does not go down much without eating carbohyEndocrin@ and Murphy's law says you're going to get up in Hipo.-

I have threeiba and fast.Sometimes without clicking anything quickly I arrive very just in the morning.
I will go down the Tresiba a lot then. The problem is that from the previous noon I cannot drink hydrates.

@"Banhop", first, will all the tests together? The doctor sent me to do the sorbitol/fructose tests on the same day, but in the laboratory they told me that they were done separately and it was rare error.I anticipate that it is a pain. You arrive in fasting (bad experience, so much that I chose to forget it, I think you have to get off your teeth).Already in the laboratory they give you the corresponding pills. And then you spend 4 hrs blowing tubes.Awful.
The day before I made a soft diet but with carbohydrates (rice). And yes, I was clicking all the time to capillary.I had no hypoglycemia. What's well.Luck.

Tresiba goes down a couple of days before and if you have hypo traces with glucose directly.

@"Banhop", investigates well ... me the digestive specialist told me that it was a mistake to do the separate sorbitol/fructose tests. What had to be done together. Thus they sent me to me, but the laboratory decided to do it separately.I only made the sorbitol, which came out negative, the doctor sent me to repeat the tests together, but I refused.

Already, if the doctor has put it in the same steering wheel both. But the laboratory says one day for each one.So nothing, to endure.Thank you.

@"Banhop," he insists. The doctor explained something that I don't remember well.Investigate.More or less I remember the explanation, something like sorbitol and fructose are assimilated in the same way and that they compete and if they do not ingest together you get false negative.Sorry for not explaining well, but I don't remember it.But if your doctor sent it together, it is enough to demand the laboratory.Greetings.
