Good morning, I would like to know if someone has tried the pizza based on cauliflower.I want to do it to my son and husband, but I don't know how to count the hydrates of that base without counting the ingredients that he puts.Thank you.

Hello
I caused the cauliflower, if I take less than 200 gr, I don't count it.If I take more, I tell it as a half ration. But that is in my case.

If the pizza carries very fatty cheese, that if the glucose can upload me at 4 hours. What I do is control the sensor and correct if necessary.I already experience a couple of times and I avoid if I can pizzas (although they are vegetables or vegans) at night.

To eat, I am doing well.Especially if I am going to take a walk later.

all the best

I don't like cauliflower, I use one that carries almond and ground linen flour (half and half) and then water to make the dough. It gets a little in the oven only the dough stretched with the roller and then you put the ingredients and already kitchens. To count weigh everything you throw and calculate.I put some more insulin for the UGP, HC barely carries.
