Change M.Mol A GR/DL measure in APP Tomato

I use the Tomato app, do you know how I can change glucose value measures?

I want to use gr/dl instead of m/mol.

In configuration I remember that there was an option.Although I recommend you move on to XDrip+.It is totally free and has more functions.

I have already changed it thanks but the XDrip + app I can't make it work on my mobile.

Yes that's how it is.I am using the MM2 next to XDrip+, it is the best option.

I outlined mm2 of tomato.
But now xDrip + every 2 by 3 loses the signal.
And I closed Tomato app.To return the XDRIP signal I have to do 2 Bluetooth controls with Tomato.
Does anyone know if I have to eliminate the Tomato app completely?
Or why does that happen?
