Can I affirm that my ratio is also 1 for being glycemia at 4 o'clock in the insulin Novorapid within acceptable value or can it be better calculated?
What do you base that this case has a ratio of 1?

You mean the ideal case.Well, use the same rapid insulin units as HC rations (although I do not take into account slow insulin)
