I am not very clear.Do you click fast insulin so that the glucose does not upload?Or to go up as to anyone but then get down?

It was 120 and I have eaten green beans with cooked egg and a slice of whole wheat bread. It was half past three and now I am 250. I had been 6 from Humalog! If now I would like to snack something, I would have to click again? But starting from 250 that I am now and seeing that the humalog does nothing to me I would put me in 300 I guess !!You want to eat!I don't just understand how insulin works :(

Obviously, any type of insulin low the sugar. The fast lowers it faster than slow.

It can be for three reasons, that you lack quickly, that you lack slow, or both.

Fast Insulin Novorapid is injected about 15 minutes before eating (with the exceptions of hypoglycemia or exercise / sport performed shortly before).
Also, Novorapid must be administered in the right amount to the food you are going to make.
