Hello everyone, I am 48 years old and I already diagnosed type 2 diabetes 6 years ago.I open this issue to introduce myself, I am currently diet and do sports to improve my diabetes, I have a morning levels between 100 and 140. Also, I have other family members who are diabetic and I hope I can also ask questions that they have andBe able to share them on this website

Vivo en Alemania. CarboH total dia 70-80 gr. Deporte Gym todos dias L-V 1h-2 h
HbA1c 5,5% (Abril 2022)

welcome!.Are you still low diet in hydrates?
do you take any medication?
