Hello.I have understood that glucose for good control must be measured: a) When we go to bed, b) before food c) 2 hours after food and d) on an empty stomach.

I have a question.For glucose measurement at home ...

Are 8 hours or 12 hours of fasting required?

What would be the right time?

Thank you!!!

Desde México. DB2. Metformina c/ 12hrs. No insulina. HCG22/02/21: 9.0. HCG 18/04/21: 7.4

The amount of fasting hours is irrelevant. The important thing is to have a good glucose value according to the time of day/night.
