Very good people!

I wanted to see your opinion with this issue, since as to all that we are diabetic is type 1 or type 2 we are interested in whether this disease can be reversed.

I have read in other places and seen a documentary that it is possibletime) having a vegan diet and through meditation.

What do people think?

Do you think that if a vegan diet is carried over time you can live without having to worry about what we click on?

Someone from here carries a vegan diet?

Thanks for your attention and collaboration.

Not flatly. It is a chronic disease, which means that we will accompany us unfortunately.According to food, you can be more or less controlled, but your body will remain without supplying insulin.

Not so without further ado, but you get insulin there will always be problems. You can get more or less but you should wear if your pancreas does not secrete insulin.

What people have come to reverse it?What forum are you talking about?

En 1922 descubrieron la insulina, en 1930 la insulina lenta. ¿Que c*** han hecho desde entonces?

Type 1 cannot be reversed. You can use more or less insulin and have better control with food but ever reverse it.Type 2 depending on the case if it can be reversed.Type 2 is a problem of insulin resistance, with low hydrates diet and sport there are people who improve that resistance and leave the drugs. But they don't heal, they have to follow that lifestyle forever. If they return to ancient habits the problem comes back. There are several books on this very good topic, but this is always for type 2. The vegan food is already difficult because it is usually high in hydrates.Vegan protein sources are accompanied by quite hydrate and you cannot live without protein.
